Morning, 13 March 2013, the 2013 Management Objective Responsibility Signing Ceremony was held in the meeting room of Zhuhai Titans Technology Co., Limited in 60, Western Shihua Road, Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province, the People’s Republic of China.

Mr. Li Xin Qing, the Chairman of Titans Group, Mr. An Wei, the CEO of Titans Group, the leader team of each business unit and the middle-level management teams presented the ceremony.

Mr. An Wei emphasized the importance of the ceremony. He also pointed out that the core guiding principles at the current period for Titans are “center the business around the business unit” and “center the administrative around serving the business unit”.  He said, along as the performance of the Business Unit management mode has been implementing one year, the mode is emerging its advantage on high efficiency. In 2013, the Group will further strengthen the function of the business unit by performing relevant adjustment on HR resources, working method as well as organization structure aiming at to provide more support to meet the demand of the business unit. Simultaneously, Mr. An also asked the stuffs to learn actively and know how to learn. And he hoped that we can get more wisdom from Toyota Model, and also hoped that we can share the knowledge through the whole process of book donation, to apply the theory we have learnt in our daily working practice, and get a high efficient working condition. 

Mr. Li Xiao Bin, the GM of the DC business unit, Mr. Wang Hui, the GM of the EV charging business unit and Mr. Li Yong Fu, the GM of Battery Formatting and Grading business unit signed the responsibility letter of their business objectives In 2013 with Mr. An Wei, the CEO of Titans Group. And they also made commitments respectively and expressed that they will take efforts to fulfill their business objectives.

The signing ceremony was closed in a warm and harmonious atmosphere.
