April 21st, 2009, Zhuhai software association members’ congress was held in Holiday Resort Hotel at 2:30 pm. The deputy director of China software association Mr. Chenchong and Senior Vice-Mayor of Zhuhai government Mr. He Ningka attended the congress.
In this congress, Mr. Guan Pinghua from Titans Technology, one of our subsidiaries, was being awarded the “software innovative talent” award. This award is for commend those talents who make outstanding technology innovation and get a remarkable financial and social benefits in software industry. It is no doubt that Mr. Guan Pinghua is one of these talents. Mr. Guan Pinghua led Titans R&D team, by virtue of cautious working attitudes, solid professional abilities and penetrative perspicacity to perform many R&D projects, such as TEP-G insulation monitoring, TEP-B battery patrol inspection, TEP-I computer monitoring and so on.
