Study in Titans, Success in the Future

The third phase training class of Titans Management Training series has been successfully held from Feb 10 to 12. The process management and project management training are performed in this training course. The component included the concept of Modern Operation, Process Design, the organization cooperation and Potential Development of Resources in Project Management,etc.

Together with some newly joined, the participants in this training reached to 59. They concentrated in the study, and especially interested in the cases such as, One by One, Sep by Step, Lean Production, and Project management given by the lecture. During the break time, they made active communication with the lecture for more guidance from the lecture and communication opportunities with other participants.

The first session of Titans Group’s Management Training Camp has been successfully finished, with a total training time of 54 hours. At the end of this course, the GM, Dr. An Wei presented the certificate for qualified participants and praised their learning enthusiasm, and on half of the management team, conveyed their confidence for personnel training of Titans Group.
