Feb 23, 2012  The signing ceremony of Titans 2012 Business Unit Duty Pledge has been successfully held.

Mr. Li Xin Qing, the Chairman addressed in the ceremony. He emphasized that only by continuous creation and innovation can make our business progress and step up in a new stage. He also explained that Business Unit and responsibility system is one major process for our management. It’s key principles are “explicit goal, clear accountability, focused business and sustainable development”. He hopes that with the implementation of Business Unit responsibility system, it can maximize the benefits of shareholders, partners, investors and the staff of the company gradually.

The Duty Pledges were singed in the order of Power Supply Business Unit、EV Charging Business Unit、Battery Formation Business Unit、Power Quality Monitor Business Unit and Marketing Center. The GMs of the Business units and Marketing Center signed the Duty Pledge with Dr. An Wei, the CEO of Titans Group. In the Duty Pledge, the required data, such as the Pretax profit targets、Accounts receivable collection rate、Operating cash flow and other Management indices are clearly stated.

The CEO, Dr. An Wei clearly put forward "Customer oriented, Products first, Innovation founded, Honesty must" as the guiding principle. He also clearly stated the requirements to management process, which are: to perfect our products, to improve product quality, to optimize the product function, to offer better after-sale services, to create new business modes, to innovate the management ideas, to eliminate all kinds of waste, etc. He emphasized that with a good combination of the reputation of the listed company and the capital strength to improve our core competitiveness. He asked the GMs of each business unit to make good management of their team, required them to have better cooperation and asked every function center to offer their best services for the business units.

The GM of each Business Unit also confirmed that they have completely understood their duties and promised that they will try their utmost to realize their management task according to the Duty Pledge.
