Special Service

We promise to our customers as follows:

1. Within the guarantee period, any damages, defects or failures caused by our design, manufacturing, materials, complement and transportation will be repaired or changed by us free of charges.

2. After the guarantee expired, we promise to provide maintenance at cost for our products within the service life.

3. We will strength the after-sale service, to implement the “24-hour service”, “pre-advance service”, “whole process service”, “lifetime service” on our products in all processes from manufacturing, installation, commissioning and maintenance. We have hotlines for 24-hour service and we are always ready to answer calls from customers. Within one hour after receiving the call from our customers, we will provide maintenance solutions. And, within 24 hours we will send technicians to the site where there are airport with a distance of 200km.

4. We will hold training courses relating to the installation, commissioning, operation as well as maintenance for our customers.

5. We will supply spare parts to our customers timely whenever they make requests.

6. No matter under any conditions, we will provide considerate services to our customers.

   Our special service features:

a. Periodical inspection

According to the marketing area or the representation area of the sales representatives, we will make periodic inspection for our products every year and evaluate the working status of our products according to our inspection, and submit the evaluation report to the customer or sales representative.

b. Technical training:

Every year, we will hold four training courses scheduled for 2 weeks at the beginning of every quarter to the sales representative or customers. A training course which will last more that one month will be organized separately. We are always ready to provide training courses which is less that 2 weeks.

c. Checking discharge service

We will perform a follow-up service to our sold products, including checking discharge service.

d. Specific design according to different areas

  In order to adopt different operation habit and method of DC products in different areas in the power system, we have set up regional service offices in different areas. From one side, we can provide quick services, and on the other side, with long term relationship with customers, we can understand customer’ habits and provide more specific design and provide better services according to the different operation habits or methods.
